Shipping Policy

We are pleased to ship throughout Canada.

 

Some locations may require additional shipping costs. If you wish to ship to a remote or rural location, please contact us for a quote.

 

Delivery typically takes 3-7 days for products that are in stock. Delivery times vary depending on the product and your location so please reach out to our customer service team for an accurate estimate.

 

We strive to update our customers with the latest estimated shipping time frames and stocking details; however, due to demand and in the event of unforeseen delays with production, the estimated shipping time is subject to change. Should this occur, you will be notified of changes to the item(s) in your order.

 

We ask for your patience and understanding and know we are working very hard to get your order fulfilled and shipped to you as soon as possible. You are welcome to contact us to check on your order once the shipping window provided at the time of ordering has passed.

 

Return Policy

Decoy Daddy offers a 30 day return policy. Please ensure your item meets our return conditions and submit a request by email for return authorization prior to returning. We will send you a confirmation by email of along with precise return instructions.

Return Conditions;

1.      Item must be in new, unused and resalable condition.
2.      Item must include all original pieces/parts.
3.      Item must not have been assembled, fully or partially.
4.      Return requests must be submitted within 30 days from the date of purchase.
5.      Returns must be initiated by the original purchaser with proof of purchase.
6.      All returns must be authorized by Decoy Daddy.
7.      All returns must be received by Decoy Daddy within the time frame specified in your return confirmation email.


Initiate a Return

1.      Make sure your item meets all of our return conditions.
2.      Submit a return request by email to admin@thedecoydaddy.com
3.      We will review your return request and send you a confirmation email along with precise return instructions.


Return Shipping, Fees and More Important Info

1.      Purchaser is responsible for organization and cost of return shipping.
2.      Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
3.      If you took advantage of a free shipping offer at the time of purchase a 20% restocking fee + tax will be deducted from the total refund amount.
4.      We are free to accept or refuse a return item if it does not comply with our return conditions.
5.      Non-compliant returns will be returned to you at your expense OR 50% of the item value will be refunded to you in the form of a store credit.


Exceptions - Items that cannot be returned

1.      Items sold as a pre-order.
2.      Items sold with a 40% discount or more.
3.      Promotional items offered free of charge or as part of a contest.
4.      Items that have been assembled (partially or fully).
5.      Items that are used or display normal wear and tear.
6.      Second hand or resold items.
7.      Second quality or final sale items. 

 

Cancellation

Orders cannot be canceled after placing the order.

 

Damage

If your product arrives damaged, please email us at admin@thedecoydaddy.com within 48 hours of delivery or pick-up with your order number, several clear photos of the damaged product and any damages to the original packaging, including the box it arrived in.

 

Damages to the merchandise while in transit, or defects in manufacturing are rare, but occasionally do happen. Should your item arrive with a defect or damage we will do our very best to have a replacement shipped out to you as soon as possible. 

 

Please fully inspect your item at the time of delivery and note any damage or defect to our customer service team within 48 hours of receipt, so that we may file a claim.

 

If you refuse your delivery due to damage or manufacturing defect, the item will be brought back to the local delivery terminal. We will then review and evaluate the condition of the item. Please note, the claims process for damaged items takes 2-3 weeks to finalize and issue a replacement. Our team will work hard to have a replacement issued and shipped as soon as possible.
